Concert Dress: Concert Black Formal

BOYS:

Black Tuxedo or Black Suit, White Long Sleeve Dress Shirt, Black Bow Tie (cumber bun optional), black socks, black dress shoes

GIRLS:

Black Long Concert Dress (well below knees) with covered shoulders or at least one inch straps  or Black Dress Shirt (long or short sleeve) with Black Dress Slacks or LONG skirt (must fall below knees when sitting).

Stockings or hosiery (must be worn) with black closed-toe conservative dress shoes (no platforms or exceedingly high heels).
