2. Draw 6 pictures on your story board sheet from your original "cat" story. Write 6 captions, NOT the whole story into the boxes.

1. Read your own mini-story to your parent in French and translate into English. Get a signature.
2. Write the rough draft of your future "Mon Album de Famille" project.

No assigned homework. But you can work on a CPR project.
le 18 octobre:
1. Get ready for your first Unit exam! Read through any pages in text you may have missed and also any workbook pages you didn't do. Then review all vocabulary in text.
2. Bring in your stamps or stampable work for recording of homework grades.
3. Do WB 15, 16 and an Online quiz @ www.classzone.com

1. Workbook pages 19, 20, 23, 24 (Use your textbook if you have any difficulty--the pages are usually very easy if you have the textbook open to the pages which reference the work given.)
le 13,14 octobre:
1. BRING TEXTBOOK next class!
2. Spend 20 minutes on CD TUTOR, and print out your session, or copy it and have a parent sign that you did 20 minutes.
le 11 octobre:
1. Faire (do) WB pages 27 & 28
2. Repeat the numbers 0-100 once in order, then several times randomly (by 2's, 3's, backwards, etc.) (about 5 minutes)
le 7 & 8 octobre:
1. Periods 1 & 5 (and anyone who has not done this yet): Install your CD Tutor on any computer(s) you will need to use this year. Bring back the CD on MONDAY.
2. Do Workbook, pages 7, 8, 25, 26
le 5 et 6 octobre:
1. Install CD Tutor on any computer you will need to use this year. Bring back the CD on Thursday/Friday.
2. Cover your French textbook at home. Bring it to school on Thursday/Friday also.
3. Do Workbook p. 11 & 12.
le 4 octobre :
1. Review all vocabulary and les numéros de 0 à 69 pour un QUIZ tomorrow.
le 30 et 1 octobre:
1. Lire l'histoire: le chat et les souris to your parents and translate. Have them write a compliment on your slip and sign it.
2. Review aloud all your Dictionnaire words (there will be a quiz next week)!
le 29 et 30 septembre:
1. Check your grade online for errors.
2. Review the 6 words with your parents.
3. Repeat aloud 10 times (3,3,3,1) your Dictionnaire vocabs. Try to do it by covering the word, or with your eyes shut.
le 27, 28 septembre:
1.Teach 3 words to your parents and review all your vocab.
*If you havenot colored in your Dictionnaire words yet, make sure you do so!
le 23 et 24 septembre:
Teach 3 words to your parents: le chat, la souris, regarde
le 21 et 22 septembre:
Read all your vocab. words aloud, 10 times each (3,3,3,1)
le 20 septembre:
1. Study your numbers and alphabet for a quiz.
2. Review your pronunciation rules.
le 16 et 17 septembre:
1. Go over your numbers 0-16, and also the alphabet. Then spell all your families names and 10 objects in your bedroom (in English).
2. Read throught the Cultural Project packet and highlight all the ones that sound interesting to you. Think about starting one.
3. Bring your supplies (2 red pens, coloring pencils & small French dictionary). If you ordered the dictionary but it has not yet arrived, print off the order form as proof, and I will give you the points.
le 14 et 15 septembre:
1. Go over your numbers 0-10 and alphabet aloud 3 times. Then try to spell your complete name.
2. Complete the worksheet "My Personal Inventory"

Please print off the following 3 papers for my class, (You need to go to my Webfiles and look under French 1) and read them with your parent. Then have them sign the bottom of the Classroom Discipline and you sign it too! Bring in the signed sheet for points on Monday.
